About Pay-Per-Klip Salon & Spa Stylist Levels

The primary goal of our level system is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team members and to offer several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services. Guests may choose their stylist/level that best compliments their needs and budget.

*New client color services will require a 50% deposit for scheduling. Online requests will be contacted for deposit.

Studio Stylist

This stylist is either apprenticing while enrolled in school or newly graduated. Once licensed, their services are 20% off for a specified amount of time while being mentored by our Master Stylists. All services are supervised by Master Stylists.

Designer Stylist

This stylist typically has 1-3 years experience. They have either moved up from Studio Stylist or have recently joined our team and are growing their craft. They are competant in foundational cutting and coloroing techniques. They may collaborate with our Master Stylists on more advanced services.

Senior Stylist

Our senior stylists have accumulated several years of experience both from behind the chair and continuing education. This stylist is successfully growing their clientele, have busy schedules and meet the benchmarks with customer satisfaction and referrals. Their prices are lower than our Master Stylists and have more flexibility in their schedules.

Master Stylist

This stylist is a leader in the salon and their services are the most in demand. They book several weeks in advance and have the most hands-on experience, even decades. This stylist will often have a Studio or Designer Stylist observing and/or working with Assistants to aid in continuing education.
