* Appointment confirmations are sent out 72 hours in advance by email and/or text. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled 24 hours before appointment, if not confirmed.
* No call, no show appointments will be required to place a 50% non refundable deposit to reschedule. After two no shows, no further appointments will be granted.
*New clients are not permitted to schedule their first appointment online. New client color services are required to place a 50% deposit for scheduling.
* Please give 24 hours notice for reschedules when possible. Cancelations and rescheduling cannot be done online.
* Spa members who no call/no show will forfeit a billed service off their account.
* If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subject to rescheduling.
* Clients waiting for appointments may be seated in the waiting area, not the service area, until their provider is available.
*Only those with appointments are permitted in the service area. This includes children and strollers. Apppintments will be rescheduled if you bring children to your appointment. (Caregivers and 1 parent/guardian permitted per child haircut)
*Clients are required to remove and secure necklaces and earrings prior to receiving any services. We are not liable for damage or loss.
* Exchanges will be honored on retail products for 1 weeks from purchase date, with owner's approval.
* Minor changes to hair services will be honored within 7 days of original service, with owner's approval.
* Intake forms are required for spa services including massage, facial, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
* Spa services for minors > 15 require a parent in the room. Ages 16 and 17, a parent must be in the building.
Pay-Per-Klip Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating innappropriate behavior to any member of our team.
